2006 Swim Team Registration is |

1. Print then complete Forms from Website Print all forms from the Greenmeadow Swim Team Registration website, fill them in, and then bring them to registration. All forms, Waiver and Release, Swimmer Registration, Swim Meet Jobs, and Team Spirit Jobs must be completed. To save funds, there will be very few forms at the pool; your help printing these at home is greatly appreciated. Registration forms (pdf) |

2. Write Email Address Please type accurately or record legibly an email address that you check regularly. ALL swim team communications will be by email. |

3. List your Job preferences Provide your list of job preferences on the Swim Meet Jobs, and Team Spirit Jobs forms at registration. Please consult the Season Calendar and identify dates you know you will be unable to attend the meet. The swim meet and spirit jobs will be assigned by the jobs coordinators after registration based on your preferences, experience, and swim team needs. If you would like to take a lead position, please contact the Pool Manager—your help would be very gladly received! The comprehensive list of Swim Meet and Spirit job assignments will be distributed after registration and posted on the Marlins bulletin board at the pool. It will not be posted online. If you forget what you were signed up for, check the board for your assignment. |
