     - Form committee
        Goal: 5 Active members consisting of incumbent facility committee members,
          recent residents and associates
                Committee Request: candidates from membership forms
            
            - Board Objectives
        Goal: Incorporate Board objectives for the Facilities Committee into plan
       
    - Budget
       Goal: Full understanding of planned facilities spend for 2008 along with a
                 forecast for 2009
        Committee Request:  planned spend

    - Maintenance vs. Facilities Committee
       Goal:  Clarify the roles of each committee

    - Community Room
       Goal:   Complete next phase of upgrades

Q2 Objectives
    - Rollout Facilities Committee website
            - Plan next round of Community Room upgrades
            - Kick off plans and designs for pool expansion and storage shed
    - Report out to the community at the July Quarterly on plans to date
    - Entertain other facilities requests
    - Take credit for the 4th of July celebration

Q3 Objectives
    - Finalize plans of the two likely projects – Pool Expansion & Storage Shed
    - Provide further budget recommendations for  2009 budget

    - Execute plan
    - Evaluate the year
