Mission Statement: Ongoing Community Improvement

The 2008 board has chosen to focus on these particular areas this year.

1. Invigorate Committee Structure and membership
     
      Measure:  More people interested in leadership roles in GMCA.

2. Community Room Completion and Promotion

      Measure:  Increase of room usage        

3. Pool Renovation

      Measure: A final pool renovation plan to bring to the community for approval.

1. Successful early morning lap swim pilot program
2. Longterm financial plan
3. Complete the Website
4. Review Policies for grounds and pool utilization
5. Review the role of the Facilities Committee versus Building and Grounds
